Welcome to the Old Road Farm Shop. This is a place to buy our products from Old Road Honey and Eggs, Old Road Irises and Sue the Hen.
Bearded Iris Season
The 2025 - 2026 season is currently closed for sales. We will re open online sales from November 2026.
We will work a pre order system, irises will be sent out once they have finished flowering and are ready to be dug.
We attend a select few of markets throughout the year and usually promote these on our Facebook page and Instagram page.

This book children’s book was created by Archie Adam with the help of Mum. It is based on a true story about a hen that hitched a ride to town underneath our delivery van. Archie was inspired to write a book after a self published author came to his school to speak.
Point of lay pullets, aged 16 weeks. These hens are ready to lay. All vaccinated and reared to commerical standard. Hens are only available for pick up at selected time of the year. For commercial Qualities over 100 x hens please email joshandellieadam@gmail.com

Old Road consists of Old Road Honey and Eggs, Old Road Irises and Sue the Hen. We are a family run business located on the Taieri Plains in Otago NZ. We have been farming for generations, with our children being the 6th generation to live on the farm.
